The invention discloses a turbojet engine pressure measurement and diagnosis method and device. A pressure sensor is used for collecting pressure, the pressure is converted into a voltage signal, a processor controls a self-checking signal generating circuit to generate a self-checking signal, the self-checking signal and the pressure signal are transmitted to the analog switch for channel selection, and a selected signal is converted by a signal measurement circuit and transmitted to the processor. Working characteristics of a turbojet engine are utilized; when the collected pressure changesabnormally and does not accord with the state collection quantity, it can be preliminarily determined that pressure signal measurement may have a fault, self-checking is carried out then to diagnose the fault, high reliability of pressure measurement is ensured, rapid and real-time control of the engine is ensured, and pressure signal measurement is diagnosed. Excessive redundancy design is avoided, the problem of increasing the complexity of the system is avoided, and by means of channel selection of the analog switch, multiple pressure signals are measured, and a detection point with abnormal pressure can be diagnosed and located.
