The pressure release cavity is a closed cavity. The pressure detection fine needle and the puncture short and thick needle are each a hollow needle with the bottom end open. The puncture short and thick needle is connected with the pressure release cavity through a thick needle carrier arranged at the bottom of the pressure release cavity. The lower portion of the pressure detection fine needle is arranged in the puncture short and thick needle in a sleeved manner. The top end of the pressure detection fine needle penetrates the pressure release cavity and is connected with a retracting plug arranged above the pressure release cavity. The part, located inside the pressure release cavity, of the pressure detection fine needle is provided with multiple small holes, wherein gas can overflow conveniently through the small holes. According to the device, the pressure detection fine needle is sleeved with the puncture short and thick needle of a blood collectiontube rubber cover and connected with the pressure release cavity, and two problems, namely burst and inconvenient taking-out of a blood collection tube in a centrifugal machine, can be solved at thesame time.
