system comprises a
chip U6 of a MAX3232IDR double-
line driver and a
receiver, an LCD display screen interface circuit, a 485 communication
driving circuit and a
CAN bus driving circuit. 485 signals are used for collecting information from the outside, converting the information into TTL signals, transmitting the TTL signals into a mine car mainboard, judging according to designed parameter safety values, transmitting alarm signals into an LCD (
liquid crystal display) screen through an RS232 interface, and operating to complete the protection action of the mine diesel car. The
chip U6 can convert the level of a logic
signal of the single-
chip microcomputer into an RS232 level, the LCD display screen interface circuit adopts an IO (input / output) mode to control an MOS (
metal oxide semiconductor) tube to supply power to a control display screen, and the 485 communication circuit adopts TTL (
transistor-
transistor logic) and 485 isolation conversion and is provided with a special power supply. From the perspective of static
interference resistance, echo interference suppression,
surge voltage prevention and improvement of the communication speed of the driving circuit, the working performance of the mine
truck protection circuit is improved.
