The invention discloses a resistance-free
drying method and device for gelcasting of a meter degree
silicon carbide ceramic biscuit. The method comprises the following steps that a
drying tool is provided and comprises a panel, an outer frame and a back supporting plate; the
drying tool and the
silicon carbide ceramic biscuit are assembled, and
silica gel is filled between the drying tool and thesilicon
carbide ceramic biscuit; and the part, placed on the bottom surface, of the
silicon carbide ceramic biscuit during the drying process of the
silicon carbide ceramic biscuit is turned over andplaced on the above, the
back support plate is disassembled, and
silica gel between the
silicon carbide ceramic biscuit and the
back support plate is taken down; the back supporting plate is reinstalled, universal balls are fixed to the back supporting plate, the height is adjusted to enable the height to be in contact with the
silicon carbide ceramic biscuit, and pre-tightening force is applied;the drying tool is used for overturning the part, placed on the bottom surface, of the silicon carbide ceramic biscuit in the drying process to be placed on the below, all the universal balls evenly bear the gravity of the silicon carbide ceramic biscuit; the panel is disassembled; and the outer frame, the
back support plate and the silicon carbide ceramic biscuit are lifted into a drying liquid,and the silicon carbide ceramic biscuit is dried.
