waste heat recovery and dust removal device and method for converter
flue gas. The dry
waste heat recovery and dust removal device comprises a converter (1), a
vaporization cooling
flue (2), a
waste heat boiler (6), an
evaporation cooling tower (7), an electric dust remover (8), a primary fan (9), switching valves (10), a gas
heat exchanger (12), agasholder (13), a bleeding
tower (14) and spring explosion venting valves (15), wherein the
vaporization cooling
flue (2), the waste heat boiler (6), the
evaporation cooling tower (7), the electric dust remover (8), the primary fan (9), the switching valves (10), the gas
heat exchanger (12), the gasholder (13) and the bleeding
tower (14) are sequentially connected through a pipeline. According tothe dry waste heat
recovery and dust removal device and method, the water spraying operation in the cooling process can be avoided; the original dry
flue gas treatment can be replaced by the flue gastreatment based on a heat exchange and dust removal method; after being discharged from the
vaporization cooling flue,
flue gas is subjected to heat exchange through the waste heat boiler and then theflue gas subjected to heat exchange enters the bleeding
tower or the gasholder, so that the recovery of heat can be achieved; and the energy utilization ratio can be improved and the cost can be reduced.
