machine comprises a power source and an ink supplying device, wherein the power source is composed of a constant displacement pump, a pump filter, a vacuum generator and an ink box, the ink supplying device is composed of a main ink filter, an ink supplying
electromagnetic valve, an end ink filter and a
sprayer, an outlet of the constant displacement pump comprises two paths, one path is sequentially connected with the main ink filter, the ink supplying
electromagnetic valve, the end ink filter and the
sprayer through connection pipelines, the other path is connected with the high-pressure end of the vacuum generator through a connection pipeline by means of the pump filter, and the damping end of the vacuum generator is connected with the ink box through a connection pipeline. By the technical scheme, the prior art is improved subversively, ink viscosity and pressure are automatically regulated through the vacuum generator, and therefore breaking points on the
sprayer are guaranteed and stable work of the printer is effectively achieved; the size and the number of fault points of equipment are greatly reduced, and the
fault rate of the equipment is decreased in a multiplied mode.
