AVClip recorded in BD-ROM is obtained by multiplexing a graphics stream and a video stream. The first packet size, the second packet size, and the predetermined time are selected to prevent overflow of a memory of the converter. The second packet size, and the predetermined time are selected to prevent expiration of a timer at the second data bus. The time is associated with data transferred in the first and second packets.

An automobile seat height adjuster includes a linkage base frame between the seat's side frames and seat brackets so as to be vertically swingable. High availability (HA) protection is provided for an executing virtual machine. At a checkpoint in the HA process, the active server suspends the virtual machine; and the active server copies dirty memory pages to a buffer. During the suspension of the virtual machine on the active host server, dirty memory pages are copied to a ring buffer. A copy process copies the dirty pages to a first location in the buffer. At a predetermined benchmark or threshold, a transmission process can begin. The transmission process can read data out of the buffer at a second location to send to the standby host. Both the copy and transmission processes can operate substantially simultaneously on the ring buffer. As such, the ring buffer cannot overflow because the transmission process continues to empty the ring buffer as the copy process continues. This arrangement allows for smaller buffers and prevents buffer overflows.

An airbag module protects a rider in a vehicle from impacting the interior of the occupant enclosure of the vehicle. A rigid support collar is attached to the occupant enclosure proximate an airbag deployment window. An inflatable cushion has a neck portion that accommodates pressurized gas for driving the cushion through the deployment window into an inflated condition in the occupant enclosure. The cushion is attached by the neck portion directly to the support collar, while that substantial balance of the cushion is housed in a compact condition within the support collar. An attachment tab is secured to the exterior of the neck portion of the cushion with a restraining aperture formed therethrough. A cushion hook on the exterior of the support collar extends through the restraining aperture and prevents displacement of the neck portion of the cushion out of the support collar, when pressurized gas inflates the cushion. The cushion includes a flexible packaging cover having opposed first and second edges. The first edge is secured to the neck portion of the cushion, and the second edge is attached directly to support collar, while the packaging cover therebetween extends across the support collar retaining therein the cushion in the compact condition thereof.

The invention is a thermoplastic film having a heat resistant coating. A mechanism for offloading the management of send queues in a split socket stack environment, including efficient split socket queue flow control and TCP / IP retransmission support. As consumers initiate send operations, send work queue entries (SWQEs) are created by an Upper Layer Protocol (ULP) and written to the send work queue (SWQ). The Internet Protocol Suite Offload Engine (IPSOE) is notified of a new entry to the SWQ and it subsequently reads this entry that contains pointers to the data that is to be transmitted. After the data is transmitted and acknowledgments are received, the IPSOE creates a completion queue entry (CQE) that is written into the completion queue (CQ). After the CQE is written, the ULP subsequently processes the entry and removes it from the CQE, freeing up a space in both the SWQ and CQ. The number of entries available in the SWQ are monitored by the ULP so that it does not overwrite any valid entries. Likewise, the IPSOE monitors the number of entries available in the CQ, so as not overwrite the CQ. The flow control between the ULP and the IPSOE is credit based. The passing of CQ credits is the only explicit mechanism required to manage flow control of both the SWQ and the CQ between the ULP and the IPSOE.
