The luminescent traffic paint comprises the following components by weight: 120-150 of water, 65-85 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 40-60 parts of calcined kaolin, 10-20 parts of aluminum silicate powder, 10-20 parts of mica powder, 4-8 parts of ethylene glycol, 4-8 parts of a film-forming aid, 2-4 parts of a dispersing agent, 2-4 parts of a defoaming agent, 2-3 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 1-3 parts of a thickener,1-2 parts of a wetting agent, 1-2 parts of a leveling agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of a preservative, 0.5-1 part of a multifunctional additive, 10-20 parts of pearl powder, 5-10 parts of phosphor, 40-50 parts of titanium dioxide, 140-160 parts of an emulsion and 0.5-1.5 parts of a mildew preventive. The luminescent traffic paint can absorb light energy well and prolong a fluorescent lifetime.
