The present invention relates to a manufacture method of a
karst pile foundation anti-seismic test testing device. The method comprises the following steps: (1) making a die frame; (2) performing
prefabrication of a
karst cave model; (3) making a model box, a model
pile and a
pile cap; (4) filling the model box: respectively laying one layer of cystosepiment at two surfaces in the model box in the direction perpendicular to the vibration direction prior to filling, fixing the
karst cave model at the middle of the model box when filling
model simulation materials into a preset position, and continuously filing and compacting the
model simulation materials at the circumference of the karst
cave; (5) fixing the model pile: after fixing and filling the karst cave, fixing the model pile at the centre position of the top plate of the karst cave, and continuously filling the
model simulation materials to allow the lower end of the model pile to be embedded at a preset depth of the model
simulation materials; and (6) installing the
pile cap: after
drying the whole model, installing the
pile cap, configured to perform upper load applying and dispose weighs, at the upper end of the model pile. The manufacture method of a karst pile foundation anti-seismic test testing device is simple and reliable, easy to realize and low in manufacture cost.
