seedling feeding speed capable of being adjusted automatically. The device mainly comprises a pot
seedling shovel, a transferring unit, a detection sensor, a controller, a
seedling distributing unit, side plates and a support. The transferring unit comprises a
servo motor, a transmission shaft, a conveying belt, a tensioning shaft and a bearing. The seedling distributing unit comprises a seedling distributing rod, reset springs, a guide pillar and a support. Pot seedlings are placed into the transferring unit by an operator through the pot seedling
shovel, the controller controls the
servo motor to drive the conveying belt and drive the pot seedlings to move, when a planting device is connected with a seedling
barrel to ascend to the seedling receiving position, the seedling distributing rod is controlled by the planting device to be ejected, meanwhile, the
servo motor is driven to drive the pot seedlings to move forwards, the pot seedlings are connected with the seedling
barrel under the action of gravity, the seedling distributing rod enables the feeding postures of the pot seedlings to be strengthened at the moment the pot seedlings fall off, and accordingly the planting quality of the pot seedlings can be improved. According to the device and method,
automation for conveying and seedling distributing of the pot seedlings in the
transplanting mechanical operation process is achieved, overfatigue caused by frequent action repetition and
nervous tension happening due to the fact that people are afraid of seedling leakage in a traditional manual seedling feeding method are avoided, the structure is simple, operation is convenient and fast, and planting efficiency and quality are improved.
