The device comprises a computer, a signal processor, an acoustics parametric array, a sound level meter and a data acquisition card; the computer is sequentially connected with the data acquisition card, the signal processor and the acoustics parametric array through wires to form a sound wave transmission system; the sound level meter is sequentially connected with the data acquisition card and the computer through wires to form a sound wave measurement system; a high-directivity high-frequency sound wave is transmitted by the sound wave transmission system, a low-frequency sound wave is generated on a to-be-detected reference position, and a sound wave frequency and a sound pressure level amplitude on the to-be-detected reference position are detected by a sound pressure level detector. The remote high-directivity low-frequency sound wave transmission and measurement device and the method can achieve remote and high-directivity transmission and real-time measurement of a low-frequency sound wave.
