The invention relates to a weight training
machine, comprising a frame in a rectangular cross section shape, a pair of guiding rods, a plurality of sensors, a plurality of balancing weights, a fixing rod, a cable, and a
motion management portion. The fixing rod is provided with a hole for a pin, the hole being used for a pin which opens the above sensors and contains a magnetic component to insert. Through fixation of the above pin, the balancing weights do up-down
reciprocating motion together. The cable is connected with the fixing rod and is connected with a
handle which is used for a user to lift. The
motion management portion receives
perception signals of the sensors, the signals being output corresponding to the moving paths of the balancing weights, and from the
perception signals, weight of the balancing weights, moving distances, and
moving speed calculated with the installed sensors as a standard can be known, and amount of motion can be checked. Only when the actual
motion range of the moving distance of the balancing weights, caused by a user of the weight training
machine, is smaller than the minimum of a preset recommended
motion range, and is larger than the maximum, the motion is seen as an effective motion number and is counted. The above effective motion number information which is counted is displayed on a display portion.
