The bottom wall of the guide shell in the transverse telescopic mechanism is fixedly connected with the upper end of the rotating seat assembly through a transverse base plate, and a lifting hook used for lifting is fixedly installed on the right end of a lead screw in the transverse telescopic mechanism.
