An extended canonical timing model is used to represent each delay element along a circuit path, wherein the model bears information regarding any correlations that each element has to any other elements in the circuit (and / or to any external global factors, e.g., global temperature variations over the circuit, etc.). The model can be represented in a vectorized format which allows enhancement of computational efficiency, wherein the coefficients of the vectors allow an objective measure of element correlation (and wherein the vectors can be “pruned” by dropping insignificant coefficients to further enhance computational efficiency). The invention discloses a fluid-heat network modeling and bidirectional coupling method for an axial-radial mixed ventilation cooling motor, which is characterized in that the motor is a motor with an axial-radial mixed ventilation cooling structure, and the coupling method establishes a fluid network model and a heat network model separately so that the mutual influence between the temperature change and the fluid flow state is fully considered. Motor global temperature rise prediction is realized through bidirectional coupling of the fluid network model and the heat network model, so that the method has the advantage of short time required for predicting the temperature rise by a heat network method, and the motor temperature rise prediction precision can be improved; accordingly, accurate temperature rise prediction can be carried out on a motor with a complex ventilation structure, and a reference is provided for subsequent motor designers to carry out temperature rise prediction on a motor.

A method for controlled cold deposition 3D printing facing a polyetheretherketone (PEEK) material: first forming a desired stable global temperature field in a 3D printer inner working cavity (2); next forming a real-time, controllable local quick cooling field near a 3D printing head (5); 3D printing a PEEK material (11) such that the PEEK material (11) experiences different cooling rates and steady-state temperatures during extrusion, thereby forming different crystallinities at said locations; or controlling the moving speed and printing path of the 3D printing head (5) that has been heated to a high temperature within the area so as to form a PEEK material (11) having different crystallinities in different printing areas; finally, directly using a PEEK part (13) or performing corresponding heat treatment according to requirements. A PEEK part having different crystallinities and different performances is printed by means of the 3D printing method of using global temperature control, local quick cooling and local printing processing parameter variation, thereby meeting different application requirements, while processing is simple.
