According to the embodiment, the invention provides a dynamic
blood pressure measuring method and a measuring
system, and relates to the technical field of
electronics. According to the embodiment, by dynamically adjusting rotating speed of a pump, a pressure value of an
airbag is controlled to rise at a uniform speed; in a pressurizing process, the pressure value is acquired on the basis of a
pressure sensor and the pressure value is filtered, so that a
pulse wave is obtained; meanwhile, peak values of the
pulse wave are recognized; by a stepped judgement mode, it needs to judge whether the current pressure value of the
airbag is greater than or identical to a pre-judged pressurizing value or not; and when the current pressure value is greater than or identical to the pre-judged pressurizing value, it needs to stop pressurizing and to determine systolic pressure and diastolic pressure on the basis of the peak points of the
pulse wave.
Blood pressure is measured in the pressurizing process, so that a duration that a
forearm is stressed by pressure is shortened and a measuring time is reduced, errors, which are caused when blood vessels of a user are compressed for a long time and cannot recover timely, of a measuring result are reduced, and user's comfort in using the
system is improved; and in a process of measuring the
blood pressure, it completes stable pressurizing at a uniform speed and a proper pressurizing value is reached in accordance with individual needs of the user, so that accuracy of measurement is enhanced.
