The invention discloses a method for determining full
titanium content according to acid-soluble
titanium content in a tire cord steel
control sample. The method comprises the following steps: step one, taking a
test article from a sample, and determining the acid-soluble
titanium content Ci by using ICP-MS; step two, using a spark
spectrometer for the excitation of a sample analysis surface, and using a single-spark technology for collecting spectral pulses in a titanium element channel; step three, using 3 sigma criterion for removing abnormal pulses of acid-insoluble titanium, and calculating the average Ii of
normal pulses of the acid-soluble titanium; step four, drawing a
calibration curve, and performing multiple regression on Ci and Ii to obtain a regression equation that Ci equals to the sum of A0 and A1*Ii, wherein A0 and A1 are multivariate regression coefficients respectively; step five, calculating the average I(t)i of all single-spark pulses, and calculating the full titanium content according to the following equation: C(t)i equals to the sum of A0 and A1*I(t)i. According to the method provided by the invention, the method can accurately determine the full titanium content in the
control sample, reduce the cost of enterprises, and be widely applied to the field of sample analysis.
