Hydraulic support with pose detection and control function and working method thereof

The invention relates to a hydraulic bracket with a pose detection and control function and a working method of the hydraulic bracket with the pose detection and control function. The hydraulic support comprises a controller, a data acquisition device, a first acceleration sensor, a second acceleration sensor, a travel sensor, a laser range finder, a first electromagnetic proportional valve and a second electromagnetic proportional valve; data measured by the acceleration sensors, the travel sensor and the laser range finder are transmitted to the controller, real-time all-attitude control is carried out on the pose of the hydraulic support by using PID control rules, and the on-off and the flow rates of the electromagnetic proportional valves are controlled through the controller to regulate fast horizontal ascending and descending of the bracket in a lifting process of the hydraulic support and to realize intelligent adhesion of the hydraulic support when a roof of a working face is inclined so as to improve the support lifting and moving speed and the machine following speed of the hydraulic bracket; the hydraulic support further comprises a pose detection and control system, thereby having more functions, better performances and incomparable advantages.

Cone Nut

An improved cone nut for a structural channel is provided. The cone nut does not require gluing of the cone to the channel nut as in conventional methods. The cone instead houses the channel nut by a friction fit locking mechanism, resulting in a secure attachment of the cone to the channel nut which prevents failure of the cone by separation from the channel nut which would, in turn, render the channel nut useless.

Method for determining distributed process parameters of laser peening forming complex curved surface

The invention provides a method for determining distributed process parameters of a laser peening forming complex curved surface. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a function relationship between a deflection curved surface and an intrinsic moment based on plate shell mechanics, and establishing an optimization model based on partial differential equation constraint by takinga distributed intrinsic moment function as a design variable; according to a curved surface parameter equation or a curved surface coordinate of the workpiece, dispersing a target curved surface, selecting an appropriate optimization algorithm to solve an optimization model, and calculating a distributed natural moment; dividing into a plurality of isoparametric areas convenient for process operation according to the size of the distributed natural moment, and determining a laser peening forming scanning scheme in each area; and establishing a process database corresponding to process parameters and inherent moments through experiments, determining the experiment process parameters, and determining the optimal distributed process parameters in combination with the requirements of residualstress. The method for determining the complex curved surface forming technological parameters is established on the basis of the elastic plate shell theory, and high efficiency and precision are achieved.

Method for calibrating a digital-to-analog converter and a digital-to-analog converter

The invention describes a method for digitally calibrating a segmented current-steering D / A-converter. One embodiment of the present invention is a 14-bit DAC, where 6 MSB's are converted with two unweighted current source array. Further, in this invention a new method for organising the switching order based on the analysed data of mismatch of the current sources is presented. A programmable mapping device is used instead of the fixed thermometer decoding before the switch array. Using this programmable mapping device the switching order of the current switches can be selected optimally so that the error in the resulting analog signal is minimised. The switching order is programmed to the mapping device on the basis of the calibration method according to the present invention. The inventive amendment is aimed at processing errors which cause poor matching inside the component itself. This amendment is done by rearranging unweighted unity current switches into a more optimum order.
