speed reduction type hub driving
system with a function of power shock absorption. Power is outputted to a primary speed-reduction small cylindrical gear by a motor through a motor output shaft, the primary speed-reduction small cylindrical gear is meshed with a primary speed-reduction large cylindrical gear to transmit power, the primary speed-reduction large cylindrical gear is fixedly connected with a secondary speed-reduction small
bevel gear, the central axis of the primary speed-reduction large cylindrical gear and the central axis of the secondary speed-reduction small
bevel gear are coaxial, the secondary speed-reduction small
bevel gear is meshed with a secondary speed-reduction large bevel gear to output power to a half shaft, an external spline is arranged on the half shaft at a section extending into a hub, and power is transmitted to a rim through the hub. The motor is suspended to a
speed reduction box, a
knuckle and a guide sleeve through a power
shock absorber damping element and a power
shock absorber elastic element, wherein the
speed reduction box, the
knuckle and the guide sleeve are connected together. The motor further serves as a power
shock absorber mass besides outputting power, and vertical performance of a vehicle can be improved by properly adjusting parameters of the power shock absorber damping element and the power shock absorber elastic element. The speed reduction type hub driving
system has the advantages that the motor weight is converted from unsprung weight into power shock absorber weight, and the speed reduction type hub driving
system is low in production cost, high in transmission efficiency and beneficial to development of advantages of the high-speed motor which is high in power and
power intensity.
