The suspended ceiling device mainly comprises a draught fan pressurization device, an indoor air inlet channel and positive pressure ventilation channels; the draught fan pressurization device is arranged at the top end of the indoor air inlet channel; and the positive pressure ventilation channels are located at the outer side of the indoor air inlet channel and communicate with the indoor air inlet channel through the draught fan pressurization device. Each positive pressure ventilation channel comprises a flow guide vane; the flow guide vanes are arranged at the rim of the bottom end of the suspended ceiling device, and the tail end of each flow guide vane is at a level angle; and the air-out ends of the flow guide vanes are closely adjacent to the radiant top plate. The suspended ceiling device aims at overcoming the defect that the radiant cooling / heating top plate is small in unit-area cooling / heating capacity; the suspended ceiling device for reinforcing heat exchange of the radiant cooling / heating top plate is simple in structure, convenient to mount, low in energy consumption and remarkable in effect; and meanwhile by means of the device, the problem that the radiant cooling surface is prone to dew formation can be effectively relieved and even eliminated.
