The invention discloses a switching
system for the active
equalization of a battery. The switching
system comprises primary contacts, and the primary contacts are distributed on a substrate, and are connected with the two ends of single batteries in a
battery pack. A driving device and a rotating shaft thereof are fixed on the substrate. A pointer is fixed on the rotating shaft. Secondary contacts are fixed on contact pre-tightening devices, and can form contact with the primary contacts. The contact pre-tightening devices are fixed on the pointer. The secondary contacts are connected with a
direct current /
direct current (DC / DC) converter. The substrate, the primary contacts, the driving device, the rotating shaft, the pointer, the secondary contacts and the contact pre-tightening devices form the switching
system. The DC /
DC converter is connected with a main loop of the
battery pack, or is connected with another switching system. A battery
management system (BMS)
control system makes the pointer rotate at a
primary contact corresponding to a single battery to be equalized through the driving device, the contact pre-tightening devices realize the contact conduction of the primary and secondary contacts, and a corresponding single battery is selected and communicated with the input pole of the DC /
DC converter, and is charged or discharged to realize battery
equalization. The system has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and the like.
