The invention relates to a motor vehicle having an axle bracket with at least two longitudinal members 13, 14 oriented at least approximately in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and at leastone crossmember 11, 12 connecting said longitudinal members, which longitudinal members and crossmember describe a first constructional unit 1, which axle bracket 10, in addition to an at least partially articulated support for wheel-guiding links, is provided for receiving an electric motor drive unit 30 for the vehicle. In addition to the members 11, 12, 13, 14 describing the first constructional unit 1, two further longitudinal members 23, 24 and a further crossmember 22 connecting said further longitudinal members are provided in the form of a second constructional unit 2 which, in the installed state of the axle bracket, is located below or above the first constructional unit 1, as viewed in the vertical direction, in a vehicle standing horizontally, and is connected releasably to thefirst constructional unit 1, wherein at least one of the plurality of wheel-guiding links provided is supported in an at least partially articulated manner on each constructional unit on each side ofthe vehicle.
