toughness index in the power distribution network disaster; after typhoon departure, acquiring actual data of
emergency response and first-aid repair of the power distribution network, and calculating a post-disaster toughness index of the power distribution network; and quantifying the three-stage toughness level of the power distribution network, and quantifying the pre-disaster strength degree, the in-disaster resistance, the post-
disaster recovery efficiency and the comprehensive toughness of the power distribution network for dealing with typhoon disasters. The method can be used for guiding power distribution
