The integrated balun-LNA system conditions electromagnetic signals received from at least one RF receiver coil. The integrated balun-LNA system is configured to be enclosed in a balun housing. The size of the integrated balun-LNA system minimizes component area and volume thereof on or near the RF receiver coil and thus, minimizes interference with the magnetic flux field.

Rotary Pawl Glove Box Latch

A slam to close, glove box latch includes a housing, a paddle structure connected to rotate on the housing, a rotary pawl mounted to rotate in the housing, and a lock plate carried by the paddle structure to selectively engage the rotary pawl to inhibit its movement. The rotary pawl is spring biased to the open position. The paddle structure is spring biased to the closed position. The paddle structure includes guideways in which the lock plate operates. When the paddle is moved to the open position, the pawl is released to rotate open and the lock plate is carried to an interference-friction position with the pawl whereby the paddle is held in the open position. When the pawl is closed by the slam action of the latch, the interference-friction with the lock plate is released and the paddle structure returns to the closed position. Biasing is limited to two springs. The volume (envelope) of the latch is minimized.

A gas purifying apparatus oxidatively decomposes and discharges impurities such as flammable hydrocarbons (CmH2n) contained in gas generated from a toner by fixing an image. An image forming apparatus having a gas purifying apparatus, and a method of purifying gas of the image forming apparatus are also provided. The gas purifying apparatus comprises a fan unit for ventilating air, a heating unit for heating the air ventilated by the fan unit, a catalytic unit for facilitating oxidative decomposition of impurities contained in the air, and an ozone generation unit located upstream of the heating unit and the catalytic unit in the air flow direction. By providing the ozone generation unit for facilitating the oxidative decomposition reaction by the catalytic unit for impurities contained in gas generated by fixing an image, the gas purifying rate can be improved and by minimizing the reaction area of catalyst oxidizing impurities, and reducing the manufacturing costs.

A method, apparatus and computer instructions are provided to improve the push / pull workload management model with intelligent routing to effectively collect data from systems that consist of dynamic sub-systems. The invention improves the push / pull model of the referenced invention with intelligent request routing to solve the above problem. An API is exposed in the workload manager enabling its request router to decline requests to route to idle sub-systems. This allows the monitoring agent to avoid sending a pull request to an idle sub-system. Each sub-system will push the data to the agent as it enters the idle state. The agent caches the data it receives from idle sub-systems and combines it with data it pulls from active and stopped sub-systems.

Rocket Engine Bipropellant Supply System

According to one contemplated embodiment of the rocket engine invention, water is first pumped from a water tank through a rocket nozzle cooling heat exchanger wherein it is evaporated into said superheated steam. A generator supplies electricity to an electrolyzer that electrolyzes superheated steam into gaseous hydrogen and gaseous oxygen. The gaseous hydrogen and gaseous oxygen is employed for forming an annular curtain of secondary combustion in a divergent rocket engine. The secondary combustion gas surrounds a central thrust of combustion gas produced in an upstream combustion chamber by a primary injection of hydrogen / oxygen supplied from a liquid hydrogen tank and liquid oxygen tank. The rocket liquid hydrogen tank and liquid oxygen tank are pressurized by gaseous hydrogen and gaseous oxygen generated by the electrolyzer.

Reinforced pad and method of making

A cushioning and positioning pad has a body formed from superposed layers of resiliently compressible foam material and a reinforcing sheet embedded between adjacent layers. The reinforcing sheet is of such stiffness as to resist contraction along its length and width dimensions, but is resiliently bendable in response to the application of a force along its thickness dimension. The reinforcing sheet resists undesirable contraction lengthwise and widthwise of the pad when the latter is encapsulated in a curable coating of material which shrinks as it cures.

Swing fan structure

A swing fan structure includes a main body and multiple blades. The main body has an upper face and a lower face. The main body also has a long side and a short side. The blades are side by side disposed on the upper face of the main body in parallel to each other. The blades define therebetween a flow way. The blades are drivable by the main body to reciprocally move along the long side to create an air volume. The swing fan structure has a greatly minified volume. Also, the swing fan structure overcomes the shortcoming of unstable operation of the conventional fan caused by deflection of the blades in rotation.
