system consists of a traffic
information acquisition subsystem, a communication subsystem, a traffic information comprehensive
processing platform and a traffic information publishing subsystem, wherein the traffic information comprehensive
processing platform processes and analyzes the traffic
information data to obtain inducing information, the traffic information publishing subsystem publishes the inducing information to
a site road, the communication subsystem is based on
general packet radio service (GPRS) or
code division multiple access (CDMA), the traffic information comprehensive
processing platform is provided with a
data analysis and forecast
system and a dynamic path optimization and dynamic
traffic flow balanced
system. In the invention, the improved Dijkstra
algorithm is utilized in the vehicle dynamic path
navigational system, the road weight based on the
travel time is considered, and the traveling path is optimized, the real-time traffic information and the inducing information are quickened to be published, thereby the traffic operating efficiency of a road network is effectively enhanced, the circumstance that the number of the vehicles exceeds the actual
traffic capacity of the road is avoided, and the problem of traffic jam is improved.
