The invention relates to a
fingerprint identification structure. The
fingerprint identification structure comprises a sensing
electrode arranged on a substrate, the sensing
electrode comprises first sub-sensing electrodes which are insulated from one another and a plurality of second sub-sensing electrodes of which the number is the same as that of the plurality of
point light sources; the plurality of photosensitive units comprise a first photosensitive sensing
unit group correspondingly connected with the first sub-sensing electrodes and a second photosensitive sensing
unit group correspondingly connected with the plurality of second sub-sensing electrodes; a first fixed
voltage is provided for the first sub-sensing electrodes, so that photosensitive units in the first photosensitive
unit group are in a working state; and the first
voltage is provided for the second sub-sensing electrodes corresponding to the lighted
point light source group, so that the corresponding part of the photosensitive units are in a
cut-off state, and the first fixed
voltage is provided for the second sub-sensing electrodes corresponding to the non-lighted
point light source group, so that the other corresponding part of the photosensitive units are in a working state. The invention also relates to a
fingerprint identification
display device and a driving method thereof.
