sintering elevator furnace of an optimization circulation
system and belongs to production equipment of magnetic materials. The magnetic material
sintering elevator furnace of the optimization circulation
system mainly comprises a furnace body, wherein an
elevator system is arranged at the bottom of the furnace body, a
load bearing plate is arranged under the furnace body, and the
elevator system controls the
load bearing plate. The magnetic material
sintering elevator furnace further comprises a cooling circulation system A which comprises a circulation fan A, and the circulation fan A is connected with a
hearth through a ventilation
pipe. Air boxes are arranged on the left and right sides of the furnace body, and the ventilation
pipe is connected with the
hearth through the air boxes. Three or more air outlet devices are arranged on two sides inside the
hearth. Each air outlet device comprises an air outlet
pipe, a cavity and a circulation air hole which are sequentially connected, wherein the air outlet pipe is connected with the corresponding air box, and the circulation air hole is connected with the inside of the hearth. The internal air circulation
convection is good, temperature, furnace pressure and
atmosphere are uniform, and the glue discharging effect at the low temperature stage is largely improved. The magnetic material sintering elevator furnace of the optimization circulation system is mainly used for producing magnetic materials.
