data recovery and transfer sending. According to the invention, the data packet reordering
delay of the
PDCP at the receiving end is reduced, and the service
delay is reduced; by detecting the transmission state of the logic channel and the state of the cache region, the to-be-transmitted data is reasonably shunted and transmitted, so that the
data transmission delay is reduced, the
PDCP reordering delay of a receiving end is further reduced, the service delay is reduced on the whole, and the
