A projection lens for imaging a pattern arranged in an object plane onto an image plane using electromagnetic radiation from the extreme-ultraviolet (EUV) spectral region has several imaging mirrors between its object plane and image plane that define an optical axis of the projection lens and have reflective coatings. At least one of those mirrors has a graded reflective coating that has a film-thickness gradient that is rotationally symmetric with respect to a coating axis, where that coating axis is acentrically arranged with respect to the optical axis of the projection lens. Providing at least one acentric, graded, reflective coating allows designing projection lenses that allow highly uniform field illumination, combined with high total transmittance.

A security monitoring tool and method for a computer network receives data and determines whether the data is associated with a host already stored in a database. Based on the determination, the tool stores the data as a new host or associates it with an existing host. The tool also uses the received data to improve how previously stored data is associated with hosts. In one aspect, the tool determines whether the received data indicates that data currently associated with a stored host represents data for at least two hosts. If so, the tool splits the data into two hosts and associates the received data to the appropriate host. In another aspect, the tool determines whether the received data indicates that data currently associated with two or more hosts represent data for only one host. If so, the tool merges the data into one host and associates the received data with that host.

A position of the patterning device relative to the patterning support is measured, and a position of the patterning support is controlled on the basis of the measurement of the position of the patterning device relative to the patterning support. Thus, the controlling of the position of the patterning support compensates for a slip of the patterning device relative to the patterning support.

According to the method disclosed in the invention, the size of the coding graph area and the size of the coding area can be set according to the data size of the application scene, and therefore the data information recorded by the coding graph can be flexibly set. The coding mode of the coding area is simple, and the efficiency of a scene with a small coded data size is high.

LDPC code hard decision decoding method based on matching pursuit

The invention provides an LDPC code hard decision decoding method based on matching pursuit, and the method employs a matching pursuit algorithm with Hamming distance as a similarity measure to solvean error pattern according to the characteristic of sparse error pattern. The method is excellent in performance and mainly comprises optimization designs in three aspects: the matching pursuit algorithm uses a Hamming distance to replace an inner product as a similarity measure, so that the matching accuracy in the decoding process is greatly improved; a credibility priority mechanism is introduced in the matching process, so that the possible mismatching condition is reduced; and the credibility is updated in each iteration. Simulation result shows that the error correction performance of the decoding method is obviously superior to that of an existing hard decision algorithm such as a weighted bit flipping (WBF) algorithm, when the error rate is 10<-6>, the error rate of the decoding method is increased by about 1.2 dB compared with that of the WBF algorithm, and when the signal to noise ratio is 8 dB, the error rate of the decoding method is reduced by about 2 orders of magnitude compared with that of the WBF. In addition, the method also maintains the advantages of low complexity of hard decision decoding time, easiness in hardware implementation and the like.
