The method comprises the following steps that a hole channel is formed in a buttress column of a silo; jack oil pressure gauge readings corresponding to the tension anchor control force, and the extension amount of each jack piston are solved; penetrating of a steel strand is carried out; a first buttress column 1, a third buttress column 3 and a fifth buttress column are subjected to graded tension through two jacks from top to bottom, and a second buttress column 2, a fourth buttress column 4 and a sixth buttress column 6 are subjected to graded tension through two jacks from bottom to top; hole channel grouting is carried out; pilasters are subjected to anchor sealing; and concrete is cured and end forms are removed.
