The invention discloses an anti-Alzheimer's
disease drug screening method based on behavior and biochemical indicators and a
drug screened by the method. The
screening method comprises the steps that a zebra fish
juvenile fish Alzheimer's
disease model is built, the maximum safe concentration of a
drug to be screened is determined, and experimental treatment is conducted on zebra fish
juvenile fish; the method also includes screening an anti-Alzheimer's
disease drug by utilizing behavioral and biochemical indexes; and judging whether the
medicine has the Alzheimer's disease resistance or not. According to the anti-Alzheimer's disease drug
screening method based on behavior and biochemical indicators, the anti-Alzheimer's disease drug can be systematically and completely screened, especially, new drugs with uncertain
efficacy are screened; compared with the prior art,
medicine soaking and testing environments are simpler and only need to be carried out in the experimental pore plate, multiple fishes can be soaked in
medicine in one pore during medicine soaking, the behavior ability of 48 fishes can be tested at most at the same time during testing, the operation process is simple and easy to operate, the testing
workload is greatly reduced, and testing
system errors are reduced.
