Benzotriazole dye as well as synthesis and application thereof

The invention relates to a benzotriazole dye compound which is characterized by being represented by the chemical general formula in the specifications, wherein in the structural formula (I), R represents OH and OCH3. A synthesis method of the compound comprises the following steps of: (1) synthesizing 2-(2-nitro)azobenzene-4-formaldehyde-phenol; (2) synthesizing 2-(2-hydroxyl-5-formaldehyde)-2H-benzotriazole; (3) synthesizing 2-(2-methoxy-5-formaldehyde)-2H-benzotriazole; and (4) synthesizing a benzotriazole derivative. In the invention, benzotriazole is chemically modified, so that the absorption wavelength of benzotriazole is extended to more than 400nm. The benzotriazole can be used as a visible light photosensitizer and a photoinitiator or other assistants to form a photosensitive system to be used for visible light polymerization of an allyl monomer, and can also be used a photocuring material.

Application of roasted product of magnesia-alumina hydrotalcite in adsorption treatment of naphthol green B

The invention provides application of binary magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite in absorption treatment of naphthol green B in a water body. A roasted product obtained by roasting the binary magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite for 4 to 7 hours at a temperature of between 400 and 600 DEG C is used for adsorbing the naphthol green B in the water body, a general formula of the binary magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite is [Mg<2+>(1-x)Al<3+>x(OH)2](CO2<2->)x / 2.mH2O, wherein in the formula, x is the ratio of the amount of Al<3+> to Mg<2+>+Al<3+> and is more than 0.2 and less than 0.4, and m is the number of crystallization water. The application has the advantages that the roasted product of the binary magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite is used for adsorbing the naphthol green B in wastewater solution, has high adsorption capacity and quick adsorption rate; and a material after the adsorption is easy to recover and reutilize.

The invention discloses a purification method of an allergenic disperse dye as shown in formula I, which comprises the following steps: dissolving a commodity dye corresponding to formula I in a polar solvent; and purifying a compound I by the preparative high-performance liquid chromatography, wherein the conditions of the preparative high-performance liquid chromatography are as follows: the chromatographic column is an octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica chromatographic column, methanol and water are used as flowing phases for gradient elution, the start gradient for the ratio of the methanol to the water is 65:35 to 75:25, the final gradient for the ratio of the methanol to the water is 95:5, the time for gradient elution is more than 6 minutes, and the flow rate is 5-30 ml / min; the detection wavelength of an ultraviolet detector is 210-420 nm; and R is a hydroxyl group or an amino group. The invention also discloses a product prepared by the method and application of the product as a standard sample for an analysis. By using the purification method, the purity of the obtained product can be up to 99.1-99.5%.
