distortion point of the transient power before and after an inter-turn short trouble happens, accurately capture trouble characteristics when the inter-turn short trouble happens in the motor, and solve the difficult problems of the online trouble diagnosis of the inter-turn short trouble of small turns of a
stator winding in a permanent magnetic motor.
