Single-image super-resolution reconstruction method based on deep residual network

The invention discloses a single-image super-resolution reconstruction method based on a deep residual network. The method of the invention mainly comprises a first step of performing block extraction and pixel averaging processing on an image in a sample image database to obtain a corresponding high resolution and low resolution training image sets; a second step of constructing a deep convolutional neutral network with a residual structure for iterative training, and then inputting the training set obtained in the first step to the neural network constructed in the second step for iterative training; and a third step of according to a data model obtained by training, realizing the continuous up-scaling of the input low resolution image through the combination of iterative operation and an interpolation algorithm. By introducing a deep residual network and introducing an upsampling layer at the end of the network, the method of the invention accelerates the processing speed of the image up-scaling, enhances the display effect of the image details, obtains a better image super-resolution reconstruction effect, and has a wide range of applications in the image high definition display, image compression, security checks and other fields.

The 3D game field 70 is divided into display regions of vertically 12 lines by circumferentially 16 columns, and each display region is capable of displaying a panel. A two-dimensional field table 80 is structured by spreading the 3D game field 70 across a 2D plane, and is provided with a plurality of entries each corresponding to one of the display regions of the 3D game field 70. To the entries of the 2D field table 80, pattern data of the panels is stored, and texture data corresponding thereto is placed on the corresponding display region of the 3D game field 70. Compared to a conventional game device applying a 2D game field, the degree of freedom and the level of variety of a game are enhanced by the substantially up-scaled display range of a-screen-basis game field, and game descriptions can be more creative with a 3D appearance.

Efficient scaling in transform domain

A method and system for efficient scaling in the transform domain, wherein transform coefficient data is provided as an input to a data processing system and scaled in the transform domain by application of a combined matrix. Some embodiments utilize discrete cosine transform data. One embodiment of the invention generates a combined matrix for one-dimensional scaling by selecting a rational scaling factor and matrix dimension value, generating a matrix with some zero values, applying a one-dimensional inverse transform, regrouping, and applying a one-dimensional forward transform. One application of the invention performs up-scaling operations, and another performs down-scaling operations. The invention also provides for two-dimensional scaling by selecting horizontal and vertical scaling parameters and generating first and second combined matrices responsive to the parameters and combining them into a single combined matrix. The invention may also incorporate a predetermined cost function.

Two stage interpolation apparatus and method for up-scaling an image on display device

A graphics display adapter has a row interpolator circuit connected to receive the source pixel data synchronized at a first clock rate and to interpolate groups of pixels of row at a second clock rate. A row interpolated storage device receives and retains interpolated source pixel data of each row at the second clock rate. A column interpolator circuit extracts the interpolated source pixel data at a third clock rate. The column interpolator circuit then interpolates groupings of the interpolated source pixel data at the third clock rate and transmits the destination graphic pixel data for display. The second clock rate maybe equal to the first clock rate or the faster of the first and third clock rates.

A temperature-strain integrated measuring method in high-temperature tension test comprises the following steps: 1) establishing a relation between gray scale and temperature; 2) in the calibration stage: (1) heating material to be detected, collecting temperature change data of points to be measured by a two-color thermometer, and collecting image data simultaneously by an industrial camera; (2) converting the image data into a grey-scale map in a computer and extracting the grey level of the tested points; (3) fitting a formula according to the gray level data and the temperature data; and (4) determining parameters A and B; and 3) in the measuring stage: (1) extracting initial coordinates and initial grayscale characteristics of two mark points in an initial grey-scale map; and (2) converting the grey-scale map into a temperature map according to the relation between gray scale and temperature and the parameters A and B obtained in the calibration stage, so that full-field temperature can be obtained in real time. Meanwhile, by utilizing the initial grayscale characteristics of the two mark points and through an initial scale distance L and a follow-up scale distance L', scale distance change delta L can be obtained, thereby obtaining axial strain delta L / L. Through the utilization of the two-color thermometer and the high-resolution industrial camera, both high-precision full-field high temperature measurement and high-precision strain measurement are realized.
