The invention relates to the technical field of
animal husbandry, and provides a method for ecological breeding of Tibetan pigs. The method includes the steps that mountainous
grassland with lush green grass is selected to serve as a playground type
grazing region, perennial herbaceous plants are mixedly sown and planted on the
grassland, and then various kinds of
forage are mixedly sown every year after; an ecological pig house is built,
silage forage and the like are manufactured, during breeding, one or more of oat,
cyperus esculentus, grassiness, chicories, alfalfa, the
silage forage and natural weeds are supplemented to the pig house irregularly, and after the pigs freely eat, the pigs are driven into a playground for short-time
grazing. By planting various kinds of forage in the playground, more than 100 commercial pigs can be bred on each mu of playground
grassland, and large-scale ecological breeding is achieved. According to the method, a modern bioengineering breeding mode isused for
disease control, and natural raw materials are used for supplementing microelements to improve the
immunity and
disease resistance of the pigs;
protein raw materials and vitamins are provided for the pigs through manually planted forage, so that large-scale ecological breeding of the Tibetan pigs is achieved.
