The invention relates to the technical field of
biogas utilization, in particular to a rapid mobile
biogas production and
collection system. In the conventional
biogas application, most of biogas digesters have fixed structures,
biogas production is limited by conditions and biogas cannot be stored. Moreover, a large quantity of
livestock manure and waste generated in places such as farms and the like cannot be treated on the spot and utilized, and seriously pollute environment. The
system comprises an
air compressor, a pressure-limiting valve, a pressure gauge, a
fermentation tank, a heating cover, a collection tank and a biogas
storage tank, wherein the heating cover covers outside the whole
fermentation tank; and biogas generated by the
fermentation tank is collected by the collection tank and is loaded into the biogas
storage tank to be stored. In the
system,
solar energy is utilized to heat a fermentation
barrel, the fermentation period is shortened, the
mobile design which is suitable for transportation ensures that the
system can be transported to the places such as the farms to efficiently treat the
livestock manure of the farms, and the problem that the use of the biogas digesters with the fixed structures is limited in the prior art is solved.
