This method greatly reduces the difficulty of the insulin glargine production process, simplifies the complicated and complicated multi-step processing process in the middle and downstream of the traditional process, and allows the yeast cells to directly complete the modification work in the cell. At the same time, this method reduces the complexity of purification, and the mature insulin protein can be directly extracted from the culture medium by one-step ion exchange purification with relatively low cost.
