The invention discloses a vascular interventional
radiography guide wire and a preparation method thereof. The vascular interventional
radiography guide wire comprises an internal strong developing
metal core, a head end internal spring ring sleeve, an external far end spring ring sheath and an external near end
polymer sheath, and the surface of the guide wire is coated with a
hydrophilic coating. The head end of the
radiography guide wire provided by the invention is preformed into a J-shaped
elbow, so that the radiography guide wire does not easily enter a
branch blood vessel, and the condition that head end of the guide wire damages the inner wall of the
blood vessel can be effectively avoided. The J-shaped
elbow can adjust the bending shape of the head end when the external far end spring ring sheath is acted by axial
extrusion stress until the J-shaped
elbow is adjusted to be straight, so that the radiography guide wire can enter a matched instrument conveniently. Due to the design of external far end spring ring sheath, the tactile feedback of an operator is improved. Due to the design of the spring ring sleeve in the head end, the torque transmissibility and safety of the guide wire are improved, and the head end of the radiography guide wire cannot be wound. Besides, the
hydrophilic coating on the surface of the radiography guide wire improves the
lubricity of the radiography guide wire, so that the radiography guide wire can easily reach a target part in a
blood vessel.
