A test device, which is used for measuring
geomembrane bloating deformation mechanical properties for film
mulch seepage proofing in the fields of water conservancy plain reservoirs, municipal refuse landfill fields and the like, is disclosed. The test device allows a
geomembrane bloating deformation
mechanical property test and can be used for testing air pressure in a container and
burst pressure of a
geomembrane, wherein the top height of geomembrane
bloating deformation can be automatically measured through an electronic ruler (such as a capacitive
grating or an optical
grating), and further a stress-strain relationship curve of the geomembrane bloating deformation can be obtained. The geomembrane bloating deformation mechanical test device is composed of three parts: an bloating deformation apparatus, a pressurizing apparatus and a test and
control system, wherein the bloating deformation apparatus includes a container under the membrane and a constraint
flange above the membrane and is characterized in that a geomembrane sample is arranged between the container under the membrane and the constraint
flange above the membrane, wherein the geomembrane is constrained by the
flange annularly. The pressurizing apparatus is used for supplying
compressed air source with a pneumatic pump and can be regulated. The test and
control system is mainly used for measuring the air pressure in the container under the membrane by means of an air pressure meter and automatically measuring the top height of the geomembrane bloating deformation with the electronic ruler (such as the capacitive
grating or the optical grating).
