pipe and a heat preservation control method. The heat preservation tunnel comprises a base, a motor, a conveying roller and a heat preservation tunnel framework. The heat preservation tunnel framework is composed of an upper cover,
steel plates on the two sides, fireproof cotton,
refractory castable and an
electric heating device. The upper cover is located at the upper ends of the
steel plates on the two sides, so that an n-shaped framework is formed, a cavity of the framework is filled with the fireproof cotton, the
electric heating device is arranged on the inner side of the fireproof cotton, and the inner side and the outer side of the framework are coated with the
refractory castable. The heat preservation tunnel is additionally arranged on a traditional roller
bed and is composed of the upper cover, the
steel plates, the fireproof cotton, the
refractory castable and the
electric heating device, an electric
resistance wire is hung on the refractory castable on the innermost layer of the tunnel so that the electric heating device can be formed, in this way, the heat preservation effect can be achieved, accurate
temperature control can also be achieved, the rolling process is ensured, and the yield is improved; and through the partition wall type sectional heating mode, the heating speed of the tunnel can be effectively increased, and the
temperature control accuracy is improved.
