The invention discloses an automatic roller eccentricity identification method and system based on hot-rolled strip steel rolling force. The method comprises the steps that rolling mill rolling forcefluctuation data in the strip steel length direction are obtained; rolling force fluctuation data of the perimeter interval of each roller are calculated according to the roller diameter; the similarity of the rolling force fluctuation data of the perimeter intervals of every two adjacent rollers is calculated; and the calculated similarity is scored according to a standard threshold value to obtain a roller eccentricity state score, and whether roller eccentricity exists or not is judged by comparing the roller eccentricity state score with a preset threshold value. Rolling force fluctuationsimilarity information in the length direction of the strip steel can be calculated in real time, whether roller eccentricity exists in a rolling mill or not is automatically judged according to an identification algorithm, and a data basis is provided for discovering roller defects of the rolling mill in time on a production site.
