The invention discloses a high-speed
spinning cup internal flow field
dynamic pressure wireless measuring device. An electromotor is connected with a rotation shaft through a coupler. The rotation shaft is connected with a
spinning cup firstly through threads and then through a
split pin. A
gasket installation hole is formed at the upper end of inner threads in the center of the
spinning cup. A trigger hole is formed at the upper end of the
gasket installation hole. A
wireless sensor is installed in an installation hole at the upper end of the rotation shaft. The
wireless sensor abuts against the lower surface of the trigger hole through a
gasket. A trigger head of the wireless sensor penetrates through the trigger hole in the spinning cup to be flush with the upper surface of the trigger hole. A
receiver is placed on a
test bench. The wireless sensor is connected with the
receiver in a wireless mode through the Wi-Fi. According to the high-speed spinning cup internal flow field
dynamic pressure wireless measuring device, a high-speed spinning cup internal flow field is directly measured through the wireless sensor, and
test data are true and reliable. Due to the fact that the trigger head of the wireless sensor is flush with the upper surface of the spinning cup, the structure of the high-speed spinning cup internal flow field will not be influenced. Signals received through the
receiver are analyzed, the structure and the change mechanism of the high-speed spinning cup internal flow field are searched, and a test device and a measuring method are provided for follow-up research.
