The invention relates to a flexible fluid-directing double-spiral-sleeve type
heat exchanger which comprises a compressor, a condenser, an
evaporator and a collecting
barrel; the structures of the condenser and the
evaporator comprise tube sleeves and thin heat exchanging pipes; the outer wall of each thin heat exchanging
pipe is provided with flexible fluid directors at intervals,and the condensers and the evaporators are respectively communicated with the compressor by the
heat exchanger; the
heat exchanger comprises an outer sleeve
barrel, an upper exhaust port, a lower exhaust port, an
evaporator connecting port, a compressor connecting port, and an inner heat exchanging
pipe; the invention causes that the cooling water and a
refrigerant to run in a reverse spiral mode so as to improve the coefficient of heat exchanging; the existence of flexible fluid director further intensifies the heat exchanging efficiency of the heat exchanger; the energy efficiency ratio (EER) of the invention is more than or equal to 5.66,
coefficient of performance (COP) is more than or equal to 4.8, coefficient of
heat transfer (K) is more than or equal to 2000W / M <2> DEG C, capacity of heat extraction ranges from 1KW to 400KW, refrigerating output is increased by about 30 percent compared with the prior art, while the materials used for the heat exchanging
pipe is reduced about 20 percent, and effects of saving energy and reducing consumption are obvious. Therefore, the invention achieves the requirements and aims of saving energy, increasing efficiency and reducing
power consumption.
