The automatic monitoring system for the plateau railway rescuing personnel and the vehicles has the advantages of carrying out real time tracking and monitoring in the whole process, ensuring the safety of the rescuing personnel and the transportation of the vehicles, providing more comprehensive and more accurate real time information on emergency rescue, and reliably guaranteeing the next decision for rescue command.
