Abstract

The system consists of front end data acquisition equipment and a back end support system, wherein the front end data acquisition equipment comprises a probe for detecting the blood pressure and the pulse of the rescuing personnel, an RFID card, a PDA and a GPS. The PDA reads information of the RFID card to acquire information on the physical condition of the rescuing personnel. The GPS acquires information on the geological position of the vehicles. The back end support system comprises an on-site rescue command system, a decision support system and a rescue resources management system.
