The invention discloses an intelligent sewage treatment system based on Internet of Things technology, the intelligent sewage treatment system comprises an optimized sewage treatment system and an intelligent monitoring and management system, wherein the optimized sewage treatment system comprises a primary grid, a secondary grid, a grit chamber, a hydrolysis tank, a first aeration tank, a secondaeration tank, a sedimentation tank, a film filtration tank and a discharge tank which are sequentially connected; sludge tanks which are communicated with the grit chamber and the sedimentation tankare arranged outside the grit chamber and the sedimentation tank; the sludge tanks are used for accumulating dirty sand in the grit chamber and sludge in the sedimentation tank; and after heavy metalseparation treatment, the sludge in the sludge tanks is subjected to pH value adjustment treatment, when the sewage is aerated in the aeration tanks, aerobic bacteria and anaerobic bacteria and corresponding proportions of oxygen and nitrogen are respectively added to carry out physical and biological treatment at the same time, thus not only optimizing the sewage treatment process, but also saving the construction of an aerobic tank and an anaerobic tank, reducing the occupied area of a sewage treatment plant and reducing the construction capital investment.
