stroke buffer device disclosed by the invention, the collision heads are quickly collided by a buffered object, the
piston rod is pushed to move, oil liquid in a
high pressure cavity is compressed by the piston and is discharged through the damping holes, the temperature of the oil liquid can be increased by a damping action so as to convert
kinetic energy of the buffered object into
thermal energy, the speed of the
piston rod can be reduced, meanwhile, a part of energy is stored in the disc springs, the buffered object and a buffer motion part do return motion under the action of disc spring forces after the energy stored in the disc spring reaches a maximum value, the oil liquid reversely flows through the damping holes and the back flow hole of a hydraulic buffer, the energy is continuously consumed, and the situation of buffering larger energy in a short stroke is realized; the combined type short-stroke buffer device is suitable for an occasion which is in need of buffering larger energy in the short stroke; the buffering is smooth; the structure is simple, and the installation is easy.
