snow water and a
deicing fluid flows downwards along the upper surface of each
solar cell panel, and accordingly,the
deicing fluid is uniformly distributed on the upper surface of each
solar cell panel; and no
solar cell panel is covered by accumulated
snow in snowing weather. According to the solar street lampsystem anti-ice control method provided by the invention, control is easy and convenient, ice and
snow can be prevented form congealing on the solar
cell panels in winter, the solar
cell panels can also be used for generating
electricity continuously by means of ambient light in snowing weather,
