The invention, which belongs to the technical field of dust measurement, discloses a portable resistance-
capacitance-method-based on-line
measurement device and method for a dust
moisture content. Oneend of a probe rod of the
measurement device is connected to a housing; and a
humidity sensor is disposed inside the probe rod. A first filter layer and a second filter layer are disposed at one end,away from the housing, of the probe rod; and a
heating film is laid on the inner wall of the probe rod. The first filter layer uses an electrostatic filter net; and the second filter layer uses a Si02-PTFE
membrane filter material. The
heating film is adhered to the inner wall of the probe rod by an
adhesive; and the substrate of the
heating film is a high-temperature-resistant
polyester film. The conductor in the heating film is made of
grapheme; and the heating film is directly connected to a power source through a wire. A water-cooled
assembly is arranged in the housing; water in a water tank and a water-cooled sleeve in the water-cooled
assembly flows circularly, so that the temperature of the
flue gas is reduced. On the basis of different dust characteristics, comprehensive development is preformed; and the
moisture contents of thermal power
plant dust and mine dust can be measured. The on-line
measurement device and method have advantages of fast response speed, high measurementaccuracy and high versatility.
