The invention discloses an
ice melting agent for deicing of an electric pole, and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of deicing of electric poles. The
ice melting agent isprepared from the following components by weight: 2-5 parts of multi-walled carbon nanotubes, 5-10 parts of modified
epoxy resin, 28-33 parts of carbamide, 15-20 parts of
sodium acetate, 20-25 parts of 1,2-
propanediol, 22-28 parts of
glycerol, 6-10 parts of a stripping agent, 4-8 parts of a
corrosion inhibitor and 35-40 parts of water. According to the invention,
epoxy resin is modified and then compounded with the multi-walled carbon nanotubes, and substances such as carbamide,
sodium acetate, the stripping agent and the
corrosion inhibitor are added; through the synergistic effect of each component, the prepared
solid granular ice-melting agent has remarkable
ice melting effect, forms a protective film on the surface of the electric pole to prevent the surface of the electric pole from freezing again, suppresses the adhesion between an ice surface and the surface of the electric pole, improves deicing efficiency, and has small damage to roads, the electric pole and the like. When a
freezing point reaches -43 DEG C, the ice melting agent can dissolve ice within 224 s or even shorter time, and has good anti-adhesion properties; it only takes 163 s for disconnection of ice cubes from the surface of a test piece; so the ice melting agent has excellent comprehensive performance.
