The high-voltage transmission line deicer comprises a deicing clamp and deicing plates, the deicing plates arefixed to clamping parts of the deicing clamp, and the two deicing plates which are oppositely arranged are used for clamping and fixing the power transmission line so that an ice layer on the power transmission line is removed; each deicing plate is divided into a cutting part and a crushing part from bottom to top; the cutting part is composed of M arc-shaped cutters, the M arc-shaped cutters are sequentially and evenly distributed in the length direction of the power transmission line, and cutting edges of the arc-shaped cutters are semicircular and used for cutting the ice layer in the circumferential direction of the power transmission line.
